Customer Relations Assistant

Perform account openings related function, tasks for processing other bank services in accordance with the policies of bank and regulatory bodies.

• Attends to inquiries regarding opening of accounts, and other bank products and services.
• Probes/validates documents being submitted in compliance with requirements in opening an account and perform account opening.
• Performs in-house marketing
• Handles requisition and monitor issuance of Branch's office supplies.
• Maintain an orderly file of documents, registers, logbooks under his custody.
• Ensures proper up keep of work area and assigned machines and equipment.
• Assists in the orientation and training of New Accounts Clerk-Trainee.
• Report/coordinate with Cashier/BOO/BM any irregularity/discrepancy in the transactions under his/her responsibility.
• Adheres to internal and external Bank Policies and procedures.
