Job Description

Manage client interactions and respond to inquiries from hospitals and patients

• Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally
• Provide accurate information regarding products and order status
• Update and complete assigned tasks in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Follow up on customer requests and issues when required (pricing, product specification, product details, etc.)

Requirements

Open to candidates with SPM / Diploma / Degree (any field)

Energetic, independent, and team-oriented

Good communication skills

Able to start work immediately
