Customer Relations Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Relations Associate is responsible for day-to-day coordination, communication and relationship support for OPC and the Franchise Business Unit. This role handles inquiries, franchisee coordination, lead follow-ups, community interactions, online platform chats and database maintenance. The position focuses on execution and follow-through.

DAILY TASK BREAKDOWN

1. INQUIRY, CHAT & HOTLINE MANAGEMENT (DAILY, TIME-SENSITIVE)

Channels Covered:

• Facebook Page inbox (OPC + Franchise BU)
• Shopee and TikTok Shop chat
• OPC and Franchise hotlines
• Assigned Viber and Messenger groups

Daily Tasks:

• Monitor all channels at start, mid-shift, and end of day
• Respond to Shopee and TikTok chats within required platform response time to
• maintain account health
• Acknowledge and respond to inquiries using approved scripts
