Full time position, excellent benefits, competitive salary with achievable OTE of £32,522.

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join Customer Relations Team at our Head Office in Caerphilly. As a Customer Relations Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team working together to resolve customer cancellations efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of customer cases via various channels (telephone, email, letter)
Collaborating with Telephone and Field Customer Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensuring first-time resolution for customer issues to meet and exceed their expectations.
Supporting the retention of business by delivering high-quality support to customers.
