Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, patient relations, or a similar role (experience in a medical or wellness clinic is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and databases; ability to accurately manage, update, and analyze patient data.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage patients professionally and empathetically.
  • Experience handling patient inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination across multiple communication channels (calls, SMS, email, social platforms).
