Customer Relations Officer

Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Customer Relations Officer. As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing excellent customer support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering strong client relations. This is a hybrid role, located in Petaling Jaya with flexibility for some remote work.
