The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in customer care, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, developing reports, and supporting customer onboarding. Knowledge of cell phone accessories and familiarity with Xero & Cin7 is advantageous.
