Description We are looking for a Customer Relations Representative to support a busy customer service team in San Diego, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys helping customers through time-sensitive situations. In this role, you will respond to inbound inquiries, document claim-related details with accuracy, and work closely with internal teams to ensure each issue is handled efficiently and professionally.
