Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities Required for Position:

- Able to work the required business hours as determined by management.

- Understand basic mortgage loan boarding business processes.

- Understand basic quality control / assurance concepts and best practices regarding consumer and financial product data systems.

- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the English language is required.

- 12th grade, Junior college or Pre-university college degree or diploma required.
