Customer Relationship Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and confident Customer Relationship Executive to represent our company at key business, networking, and promotional events in Johor Bahru and across the Johor–Singapore SEZ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, building professional connections, and driving business visibility on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, career fairs, and Johor–Singapore SEZ initiatives.
• Act as the front-line representative, distributing business cards, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support the Managing Director by identifying and recording potential business leads and follow-up opportunities.
