Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
- Maintain and update customer records
- Follow up with existing and potential clients
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer support
- Maintain long-term relationships with corporate and retail customers
- Prepare basic reports and customer follow-up status
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
- Customer handling and follow-up experience preferred
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40, Rs70,000.00 per month
