Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Follow up with existing and potential clients
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer support
  • Maintain long-term relationships with corporate and retail customers
  • Prepare basic reports and customer follow-up status

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
  • Customer handling and follow-up experience preferred
  • Fresh candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs70,000.00 per month
