Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst. The CRM Analyst will be responsible for managing and improving CRM systems, conducting data analysis to generate actionable insights, and supporting sales and marketing teams by maintaining accurate and organized customer information. Additional responsibilities include generating reports, providing recommendations based on data trends, and ensuring the functionality and efficiency of CRM tools to enhance customer relationships and business processes.
