**_Purpose_**



Contribute to company’s competitiveness by managing the appropriate, effective, and efficient digital customer interaction applications based on the digital strategies. This role will assist the existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Manager in maintaining and enhancing CRM system to support daily business interactions and improve user/customer experience. The position also includes responsibility for managing specific Veeva CRM channels – Approved Email, Closed Loop Marketing and Engage – to ensure effective customer engagement and alignment with omnichannel strategies.



**_Key Job Accountabilities_**



+ Lead the development and execution of CRM system strategy and roadmap in alignment with global and local stakeholders, ensuring effective utilization across customer-facing teams (e.g., Field Force, Medical Science Liaison)
