CRM Executive Needed
Are you a data-driven marketer who loves turning numbers into actionable insights? We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team and support the Head of CRM & Digital Marketing.
In this role, you will play a key part in planning and executing loyalty initiatives while owning the reporting that drives our retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Loyalty Operations: Manage the day-to-day of our loyalty platform, including member data, points, vouchers, and campaign setup.
Data & Insights: Own weekly and monthly performance reports, providing concise summaries on what worked and what needs improvement.
Performance Tracking: Track key metrics such as member acquisition, churn analysis (active vs. lapsed), and redemption rates.
Accuracy: Maintain CRM dashboards and ensure data consistency across all campaigns.
