What You'll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media

Respond to inquiries and assist with product information and order processing

Manage customer data and transactions using Sage 100 and Shopify

Collaborate with internal teams using Microsoft Teams

Who We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Management or Business

Fluent in English , both written and spoken

Proficient in Sage 100, Shopify, and communication tools

Patient, empathetic, and able to handle multiple tasks at once

Familiarity with baby and senior care products is a plus
