About the Role:

Build and maintain strong relationships with our German-speaking customers while resolving service challenges quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries in German

• Follow up on open cases

• Identify recurring problems

Requirements:

• German C2, English C1

• Excellent communication and empathy
