Customer Relationship Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, build and maintain mutually beneficial exchanges with small and medium enterprises, commercial and industrial enterprises, institutions, distribution utilities, and selected special market niche segments.
• Improve sales in assigned target market segments.
• Assist the marketing team in inbound marketing initiatives and public relations.
• Create, build and maintain a CRM system.
• Assist Management in all aspects related to totally developing its business.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and distribution utilities (DUs) for solar embedded system offering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales, business development, or related fields.
