Customer & Remote Support Agents (E-commerce)

We are expanding our operations and are looking for reliable, disciplined, and performance-driven Sales & Customer Support Agents to join our team.

This role is focused on handling customer inquiries, confirming orders, and supporting daily sales operations across multiple e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chat
• Confirming orders and following up with customers
• Assisting customers with product, delivery, and policy questions
• Maintaining professional communication standards
• Updating order and customer records accurately

Requirements:

• Good English communication (Arabic is a plus)
• Experience in sales, customer support, or e-commerce preferred
• Reliable internet and availability during UAE working hours
• Organized, responsive, and accountable
• Willingness to learn and follow structured systems
