Customer Renewals Specialist

This in-office role is based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguiga modern, master-planned business district in Metro Manila known for its vibrant atmosphere, world-class amenities, and dynamic corporate environment. You'll ensure seamless, timely contract renewals and support our global operations on Eastern Time.
What Youll Do
Manage and process contract renewals (under $2,700) totaling approximately $2M in annual recurring revenue.
Follow established renewal procedures to ensure contracts are completed on schedule.
Communicate with customers via email to confirm renewals and resolve basic inquiries.
Use Salesforce for tracking, record-keeping, and forecasting renewals.
Identify and escalate any renewal risks.
Process invoices, e-signatures, and minor contract changes efficiently.
