Sky & Sol is looking for a Customer Retention & Warm Sales Specialist to join our growing e-commerce brand
If you enjoy talking to customers, helping them complete purchases, and earning incentives without pressure or cold calls, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing
Call recent customers to check in, answer questions, and ensure a great experience
Reach out to abandoned carts and help customers complete checkout
Recommend products, bundles, or subscriptions only when it makes sense
Log call outcomes and coordinate with Customer Support when needed
