Our Customer Experience Team is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece, focusing on building the data, processes, and cross-functional enablers required to strengthen customer retention across Toyota and Lexus. 

What You'll Do:
Drive customer retention and loyalty programs across Sales and Aftersales using data‑driven insights.

Translate customer, AFS and Connected Services data into targeted lifecycle actions that increase engagement, repurchase and product adoption.
