About the Role
You will help customers find the right eyewear by providing product guidance, assisting with frame and lens options, and supporting overall store operations. This role combines customer service, retail sales, and optical product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing frames, sunglasses, and lenses.
• Explain lens types, coatings, and product features.
• Achieve sales targets through different sales strategies and quality service.
• Support eyewear fitting, adjustments, and after-sales concerns.
• Maintain store displays and assist with inventory.

Qualifications
