Customer Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in opening new deposit accounts (savings, checking, time deposits, etc.).
• Verify and validate account opening documents in compliance with KYC and AML regulations.
• Accurately encode customer information into the bank’s system.
• Explain account features, benefits, and requirements to clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote and cross-sell other bank products and services when appropriate.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of daily transactions and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, or any related course.
