Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and/or handle inbound sales inquiries
• Promote and sell company products or services to potential customers
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems
• Follow sales scripts and guidelines provided by management
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Coordinate with the Call Center Supervisor for performance improvement
