Key Result Areas / Duties & Responsibilities:

1. SALES

1.1 Achieves monthly sales targets and efforts to attain annual volume and revenue targets

1.2 Plans and proposed effective and realistic marketing & sales strategies for the achievement of the projected revenue.

1.3 Solicits cargo from current accounts, where possible helps keep these accounts through active sales visit.

1.4 Enrolls new customer in the system. Prepares proposals, Quotation, or Marketing ,Arrangements.

1.5 Prepare and execute sales plan.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE

2.1 Receive and attends to customer inquiries, complaints and other concern both inbound and outbound

2.2 Book shipment for customers

2.3 Prepares and maintain end to end shipment monitoring data.

2.4 Receives and attends customer inquiry, concern and feedbacks.

2.5 Confirm finding booking with customer, accounts executives, and sales assistance.
