Customer Sales Representative

Qualifications:
- Male or Female College Graduate or Undergraduate
- Experience in Sales, Cashiering, and Customer Service (Preferably in a service oriented industry
- Outgoing, Trainable, & Ambitious
- Willing to work IMMEDIATELY
- Willing to relocate in Diliman, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area and report to work on time.
- Provide excellent customer service: assist patients, respond to inquiries, and handle concerns professionally.
- Process payments accurately, issue official receipts, and prepare daily collection reports.
- Verify, update, and manage patient records, lab results, and other important documents.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily and monthly cash collections, PF, and KPIs of supplies.
- Follow company policies, ISO standards, and maintain accountability for all documents and records.
