Customer Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by upselling different products and meeting customer needs
• Answers all customer queries and use necessary sales methods and techniques to increase the $ value of orders
• Maintains good communication and working relationships with customers and other parties being dealt with for the best interest of the company
• Helps to improve the product performance and marketability
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to the management
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications

• Amenable to work ONSITE
• At least 1 year of BPO Sales Experience is preferred, but not required
• Must have excellent English communications skills with natural ability to connect with customers
