Customer Service Admin

Location: Taman Perindustrian Tago, Persiaran Industri Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur

Are you someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems? We're looking for a Customer Service Admin Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll handle customer enquiries, support daily operations and ensure every customer has a great experience with us.

Jobscope:

• Receive and handle inbound customer orders, queries and complaints, document and record customer details.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on issues/orders/complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer queries/complaints as per standard operating procedures and channel to respective operations team for immediate resolution
• Prepare and submit regular/ad hoc reports to respective departments or management
• Liaise with respective operations team for issues, follow-up and actions
