Job Description

                    What you will enjoy doing You will provide support via phone/chat/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the business
Guide the customers through the Webshop
Transfer queries to the corresponding department
Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job
Further you will ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management, Contract Management and Pricing Master
In addition, you will manage requests through existing channels to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests in the different areas of the business (sales, receivables, delivery, etc.)
What makes you great
You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers on a daily basis (handling requests, complaints etc)
Fluency in Portuguese as a native language, English is a plus
