Customer Service Advisor - Boland Carlow Ltd

Boland Carlow are seeking an enthusiastic customer service orientated employee to join their team.

This job involves managing the Service Desk in a friendly, efficient and effective manner, whilst maintaining a positive approach to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all service customers
• Coordinate and schedule bookings to maximise workshop efficiency and productivity
• Prepare clear and accurate cost estimates, explain recommended work in detail, and secure customer approval prior to commencement
• Act as the link between customers and the workshop ream, providing timely updates on vehicle progress
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services, repairs or maintenance plans where appropriate
• Manage customer queries, concerns or complaints in a prompt, professional and solution focused manner
