Customer Service Advisor

Attending to the needs of the customers professionally and promptly under the department, ensuring the customer’s waiting time is kept to a minimum.

Liaise with Workshop to get an accurate vehicle diagnosis and provide professional advice for appropriate repairs servicing or technical assistance.

Coordinate with relevant parties such that the repair or service is done according to the customer's needs and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.

Keep customers updated and follow up with the progress of the work.

Assist in the daily operation of the reception.

Track backorder parts arrival status to follow up with the customer to fix a workshop appointment for the installation.
