About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is the internal primary contact for assigned accounts. You will perform contract reviews, process daily orders, manage changes, respond to calls/emails, and coordinate with Shipping, Planning, Quality, Production, and other teams to ensure accurate information and on‑time delivery.
