We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide support for our customers in relation to quarry orders and general inquiries. In this opportunity, you will work off a rotating roster with shifts ranging between our opening hours of 5.45 am – 4.30 pm Monday to Friday and rotational roster for Saturdays, 5.45 am to 11 am.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the construction industry by completing on the job training on processes and systems within a supportive team culture.
Your day will involve:
- Receive quarry orders via email and phone and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided)
