Senior Customer Service Agent
to deliver an outstanding experience to our US customers, supporting them throughout the full purchase and post-sales cycle.


What You'll Do

  • Manage customer support tickets using

  • Support purchase and after-sales processes with speed and clarity
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Prepare reports and collaborate with our
    US-based team
