We're looking for a
Senior Customer Service Agent
to deliver an outstanding experience to our US customers, supporting them throughout the full purchase and post-sales cycle.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer support tickets using
Zendesk - Support purchase and after-sales processes with speed and clarity
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Prepare reports and collaborate with our
US-based team
