CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT | PERMANENT | DUBLIN 3 
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Dublin 3. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday on a roster with hours ranging between 5:00am and 10:00pm.
ON OFFER| 
Base salary of €29,120 with opportunity to earn up to €34000 with performance bonus

20 days Annual Leave with 10 bank holiday days 
THE ROLE| 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES| 
Handle high volumes of customer calls, delivering professional and compliant service.
Process and update queries accurately within internal systems.
Respond to queries promptly, consistently meeting KPIs and company standards.
Monitor and follow up on queries to ensure timely fulfilment and resolve issues efficiently.
