We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Spain's beautiful capital, Madrid!

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Experience Specialist will be:

Supporting clients’ activities by being the very first point of contact for their customers:

• Answering incoming queries from customers and ensuring contractual SLA is maintained
• Identifying issues and providing solutions
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Being a team player and participating in the success of the team and project, e.g. providing cover for absent colleagues together with the team and attending regular team meetings
