H&A E-Store is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our growing eCommerce marketplace team at our office near SITE II, Super Highway, Scheme 33, Karachi, Pakistan
Role & Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp Business, social media & customer dashboards.
• Confirm orders and coordinate with operations
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns
• Update order status, customer details & tickets on dashboards
• Stay updated with current social media and eCommerce trends
• Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-focused approach
Requirements:
• Quick learner and tech-savvy
• Hands-on knowledge of WhatsApp Business, CRM/customer dashboards, and social platforms
• Strong communication skills
