Customer Service Agent

Sola Wood Flowers is looking to grow our customer service team! The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and experience using Shopify.

What will you be doing?

• Answering customer questions via email, phone, and other channels. You should be comfortable taking phone calls, and making phone calls.
• Helping manage our online community on Facebook and posting on social media.
• Outbound calls to existing customers. This is for wedding consultations, and for customer service issues.
