About the role

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Agent - Airline Account (Voice/Non-Voice) to join our dynamic team at Bluebean, Incorporated. As a full-time Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our airline clients and their passengers, handling both voice and non-voice interactions.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to customer inquiries, complaints and requests via phone, email, chat and other communication channels
2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
3. Providing accurate information and advice to customers, demonstrating strong product knowledge
4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring proper documentation
5. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements
6. Adhering to established company policies, procedures and service level agreements
