Job Description

 As a Customer Service Agent and under the supervision of the Admissions Manager, you will be the first point of contact between future learners and LaSalle College. Your main mission is to provide information on the institution's services, welcome our students to the site and maintain communication and follow-up with the members of the admissions team.
  Location:  LaSalle College, Montreal
  Status:  Permanent, full-time (39 hours/week)
  Work hours:   Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 
  Salary:  $17/hr + Bonus Program
  RESPONSIBILITIES  
 Greet anyone who enters the reception, answer their questions and redirect them if necessary;
 Ensure the proper functioning of the reception area;
 *Listen to and transfer calls and voicemails
 *Receive parcels and carry out postal shipments
