About the role
As part of our Customer Banking Contact Centre Team, you’ll be handling inbound contacts from our customers via phone, email, and social media. You’ll be expected to provide an excellent service experience by quickly and efficiently assessing customer needs and helping deliver the right solution. Because we are a small organisation, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation for any future aspirations in banking.
We have permanent full time roles available, working from our Wellington Head Office overlooking the waterfront. We are open 8am to 7pm on weekdays, 9am to 4pm on weekends – your hours would be a set combination of these including one weekend day. The first four weeks are training, with your hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, before moving to your usual hours. Once you are confident in the role, there’s also the option of picking up additional shifts, when on offer.
