How does your day look like?
It’s Monday morning and the week is starting again. You will begin your day with a good cup of coffee and then start up your computer at home. Your day starts around 08.00/08.30 as a Customer Service Employee for the German market.
First, you will check your e-mail and you will immediately see a message from your team lead informing you about some issues we encountered, on one of the Amazon accounts. This needs your immediate attention and you start calling some customers to investigate their case and find the perfect solution for them, thinking out of the box is appreciated. You as a person will get a lot of energy, from finding the best solution because customer satisfaction is important.
Throughout the day, you will also answer incoming phone calls from customers. Customers may contact you with questions about delivery delays, or other order-related issues. You will calmly ...
