Job Description

Job Summary:

Manage and analyze Tekniplex orders, ensuring the fulfillment of the procedures involved, optimizing time and resources to ensure the quality of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send pending report.
  • Prepare out of stock report.
  • Enter new items in the Sales Logix tool.
  • Invoicing follow-up.
  • Telephone attention.
  • Attending meetings.
  • Active participation in improvement projects generated or required by the organization or the area manager.
  • Report any work incidents and/or unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Guarantee the updating of the information in the system, dates, quantities, price, address, schedules and other conditions required for the management of the order.
  2. Follow up on production dates.
  3. Ensure the fulfillment of customer service agreements.
