The Role
UK based PAS 2035 retrofit company working across government backed energy efficiency schemes including ECO4, GBIS, LA Flex, WHLG, WHP and related retrofit measures.
We are seeking a highly capable, professional and motivated Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to manage our customer journey end to end.
This role is critical to the success of our operation and requires someone who takes full ownership, communicates confidently with UK customers and understands the importance of trust, compliance, and customer satisfaction in the retrofit sector.
This is not a basic call handling role. You will be a key operational team member representing the company to homeowners, tenants, landlords, councils and scheme partners.
