Customer Service and Planning Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible in the preparation of sales orders based on customer's purchase orders.

2. Plan, monitor and control raw materials consumption according to product specification to ensure on-time and uninterrupted operation.

3. Develop production plan detailing all manufacturing process according to customers demand and delivery schedule.

4. Ensure maximum machine performance and minimum delay based on production capacity by determining the start and completion for each process.

5. Plan and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.

6. Analyze backlogs, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations.

7. Work with Planning Control in coordinating production activities to improve runtime.

8. Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
