WE'RE HIRING | CUSTOMER SERVICE – STARHUB CABLE SG

Salary: RM2,000
Incentive: Up to RM500
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Work Schedule: 6-day rotational shift (including weekends & public holidays)

Customer Base: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to StarHub Cable services
• Assist customers with billing, service issues, and general enquiries
• Provide accurate information and solutions professionally
• Record and update customer interactions in the system
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
