Key Responsibilities:
• Assisted walk-in members of the public and handled enquiries professionally.
• Process licence applications, renewals, issuance using internal systems.
• Manage member enquiries via phone and email.
Requirements:
• Diploma qualification
• Prior relevant working experience in customer service
