About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our e-commerce fulfillment team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or messaging platforms
Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, and refunds
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
