Job Description
Responsibilities:
Receiving sales order & Issue sales invoice, delivery order, credit note.
Maintain proper filing system of billing etc.
Generate B2B/ Online customers' orders transaction and follow up.
Ensure all accounts receivable transactions are recorded and updated.
To assist in ad-hoc duties that are assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
Computer knowledge especially in Computerised Inventory System & Microsoft Office including Word/Excel.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience.
