Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving sales order & Issue sales invoice, delivery order, credit note.

  • Maintain proper filing system of billing etc.

  • Generate B2B/ Online customers' orders transaction and follow up.

  • Ensure all accounts receivable transactions are recorded and updated.

  • To assist in ad-hoc duties that are assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.

  • Computer knowledge especially in Computerised Inventory System & Microsoft Office including Word/Excel.

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience.

  • (Walking distance 1 minute from MRT)
