We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant who will be based in our Johannesburg office, situated in Midrand, and will support the activities of our Sales team as well as the day to day operations of Moellhausen South Africa, while liaising closely with Head Office teams in Italy and Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Data entry including prospects, projects, samples, quotations, proformas and orders
• Data management ensuring accurate and up to date databases and reporting
• Follow up to ensure smooth and timely processing of all tasks, requests, projects, samples and orders
